INCOMING CALL GOES WHERE YOU NEED
- An incoming call from the client is immediately sent to the responsible subscriber, which is marked on the client’s card in CRM.
- If the specified subscriber cannot answer the call for any reason (busy, not answering, not available), then the call, in accordance with the settings, can go to the group, in queue, to the mobile phone, etc.
YOU CAN SHOW ALL INFORMATION EVEN BEFORE YOU TALK
- When start incoming call, the subscriber sees a pop-up client card even before picking up the handset.
Here you can see all the information: calls, emails, messages, notes ...
- The name and number of the caller is displayed on the phone. Regular or softphone.
NONE OF THE CALLS WILL BE LOST
- If the incoming call is not answered, a task is created for the responsible subscriber and none of the call will be lost.
The task has a deadline (for example, within 3 hours) and observer.
- For new clients, Leads will be created and a responsible person is appointed (a specific subscriber or who received the call, as you like)
- All calls are recorded in CRM, even if your computer is turned off.
- All conversations are recorded with the ability to listen to them later.

- You can call the client simply by dialing a number on the phone, even in any format. Smart program will find a client in CRM
- In both cases, all information will be recorded in CRM
The main difference between Calltrix and other similar solutions is speed.
And here's why:
- To process each call, PBX need to make several requests to CRM. This may take 1-5 seconds.
- Calltrix duplicates some client data into the database of your PBX, this happens automatically, in the background and the data is kept up to date.
- When you receive a call, you do not lose a few seconds while the PBX is “negotiating” with CRM, and the client is listening to the beep. Data access is instant.
WORKS EVEN WITH UNSTABLE INTERNET
- Due to the fact that many of the necessary data from CRM is already stored directly in your PBX (see above), the client’s call will be correctly processed even if the Internet is lost
- If the data is not found locally, and the Internet is absent, then in this case the call will not be lost, but will go according to the rules you configured.
- You still have both outgoing and incoming communication, even without the Internet.

- Install the application for Bitrix24
- Install the application for the PBX via the FreePBX graphical interface and make several settings according to the instructions.
